These terms apply to the GENAZ website and its project-enquiry tools. A quotation or order agreement will set the specific terms for any production work you approve.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. You may browse the site and use its enquiry tools for lawful personal or business purposes. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
The website presents GENAZ capabilities, previous work and general information. Images and descriptions are illustrative and do not guarantee that every material, colour, technique or production option will be available for a particular project.
GENAZ may correct, update or remove website content without notice. Material differences, availability, specifications and timelines should be confirmed in your quotation.
Sending a website, WhatsApp, telephone or email enquiry does not place an order and does not require GENAZ to accept a project. An order is confirmed only when the parties accept the applicable quotation or order terms and any stated deposit or payment condition has been met.
The accepted quotation or order agreement—not this page—will govern project scope, quantities, pricing, payment, approvals, production, delivery and any project-specific remedy.
You are responsible for checking the names, sizes, quantities, artwork, colours, delivery details and other information you approve for production. You must have permission to supply and use any logo, design, photograph, trademark or other material you send to GENAZ.
GENAZ may decline material or instructions that appear unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful or outside its production capabilities.
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, photographs, graphics, GENAZ branding and other original site content belong to GENAZ or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, publish, sell or commercially exploit that content without prior written permission.
The website may link to or embed services operated by others, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and Vercel. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services. GENAZ does not control their availability, security or content.
GENAZ aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, GENAZ is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content or by an interruption outside its reasonable control.
