We collect project information from you or an authorised representative. Hosting and map providers may collect technical information from your browser as explained below.

The project-enquiry form processes the details you enter in your browser and does not submit
them to a GENAZ website server or database. When you select Continue on
WhatsApp, the website puts the prepared brief in the text parameter of a
https://wa.me/ URL. Your browser sends that URL, including the brief, to
WhatsApp/Meta so it can open the conversation. GENAZ receives the brief only if you then send
the message in WhatsApp.
Do not include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary. You may contact GENAZ by phone or email instead.
Information may be received by the GENAZ team members who handle enquiries and orders, and by service providers needed for the channel you choose:
These global providers may process information outside Nigeria under their own service terms. Where GENAZ makes a cross-border transfer, it will use a ground permitted by Nigerian data protection law and appropriate safeguards where required.

This website does not use first-party analytics, advertising pixels or code that deliberately sets first-party cookies. The Google Map does not connect to Google until you select Load Google Map. WhatsApp, Google or other linked services may then use their own storage or tracking under their notices.
When a retention period ends, GENAZ deletes or anonymises information unless continued storage is lawfully required.

This website is intended for adults and authorised organisation representatives. Please do not submit a child’s details, measurements, photographs or other sensitive personal data unless you are authorised and it is genuinely necessary for an agreed project.
GENAZ does not use website-enquiry information for solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
